Refund & Return Policy

Returns on Research Compounds

Due to the strictly controlled nature of research peptides and biochemicals, Planet Peptides cannot accept returns on products once they have left our distribution facility. This policy ensures the absolute molecular integrity and safety of the supply chain for all institutional partners.

NOTICE: We cannot restock or resell any compound that has potentially been exposed to uncontrolled environmental conditions.

Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

If your order arrives with physical damage (broken glass, compromised seals) or if you received a different compound than what was ordered, we will issue a replacement at no cost. You must notify us within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp.

To process a replacement claim, please email orders@planetpeptideusa.com with your order number and clear photographic evidence of the unopened, damaged vial.

Purity & Identity Claims

In accordance with our Technical Guarantee, if an independent laboratory analysis (HPLC/MS) demonstrates that a compound does not meet the specified purity or molecular identity standards, we will provide a full refund or immediate replacement.

Claims of this nature must be submitted within 15 days of receipt and must include the full analytical report from a qualified third-party laboratory for our team to review.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund only if the request is received prior to the dispatch of the materials. Once a tracking number has been generated and the package has been handed to the carrier, the order is considered final and non-refundable.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed back to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days. Please note that your financial institution may require additional time to post the transaction to your account.
