Dispatch & Processing
Planet Peptides operates a specialized distribution hub within the United States to ensure rapid fulfillment. All orders for research compounds are processed within 24 business hours of payment verification. Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST are typically dispatched the same business day.
Domestic Logistics
3–5 Business Days. Recommended for lyophilized stable compounds.
1–2 Business Days. Recommended for topical matrices and coenzymes.
We utilize discreet packaging to ensure the security and privacy of your laboratory materials. All shipments include a tracking number provided via email upon dispatch.
Molecular Integrity & Stability
Our peptides are lyophilized and vacuum-sealed, making them highly stable during transit at ambient temperatures. For heat-sensitive coenzymes and formulations, we utilize insulated packaging. International Procurement
Currently, Planet Peptides primary fulfillment is focused on domestic US institutions. International orders are handled on a case-by-case basis. Researchers outside the US are responsible for ensuring the compounds comply with their local import laws and are responsible for any customs duties or regulatory clearances.
Loss & Damage Protocol
Title to the products passes to the purchaser upon delivery to the carrier. However, if a shipment is lost in transit or arrives with compromised vial integrity (cracked glass or broken seals), you must contact orders@planetpeptideusa.com within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp. Please provide photographic evidence of the damage and the original packing slip for a replacement claim.
