Technical Guarantee

Planet Peptides stands behind the analytical accuracy of our compounds. Our warranty is limited to the chemical identity and purity of the products as stated on the COA.

✔ Chemical Purity Guarantee

We warrant that all peptides and coenzymes meet or exceed the purity levels specified in our batch-specific HPLC reports (typically ≥ 99%). If a compound is found to be below the verified purity standard upon independent laboratory analysis, we will replace the material at no cost.

✔ Molecular Identity

Planet Peptides warrants that the molecular mass and amino acid sequence of our products are confirmed by Mass Spectrometry (MS). We guarantee the delivered compound matches the specified chemical structure requested for your research.

✔ Transit Integrity

We guarantee that all products are vacuum-sealed and shipped in protective packaging. Any vials that arrive damaged or compromised during transit must be reported within 48 hours of delivery for immediate replacement.

Our warranty does not extend to the success of any specific research project or experiment. Furthermore, all warranties are voided if the product is used for any purpose other than in vitro laboratory research, including any form of human or veterinary consumption.
